South Whidbey Pending home sales

Pending homes sales; i.e. for sale homes with contracts agreed upon and pending, are spread pretty evenly across the price range below $500K. Percentage wise, under 150K and from 400 to 450K have been predominantly the highest since Jan. 1st. Only three homes priced $500K and above have been contracted for sale.

I don't think these figures surprise anyone since foreclosures have driven the numbers and prices since last year. It does look like bank owned listings are being sold and this should pave the way for some
price stability.
